How We Share Personal Information
- With service providers who run parts of our service for us, such as hosting, database and product analytics providers. They may use the data only to provide those services to us.

Data From Connected Social Accounts
When you connect a social account, you sign in on that platform and approve read-only access. We only access the account you connect, and only the data needed for the features you use.
Instagram. With your permission (instagram_business_basic and instagram_business_manage_insights), we read your profile (username, name, profile picture, follower, following and post counts), your recent posts (captions, media, timestamps, likes and comment counts) and insights (views, reach, accounts engaged, interactions, saves, shares and follower demographics by country, age and gender). We use this only to show you your own analytics in PulsairSocial. We never post, comment, send messages or change anything on your account.
YouTube. With your permission (YouTube Analytics read-only), we read your channel's analytics to show them to you. PulsairSocial's use and transfer of information received from Google APIs adheres to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.
What we don't do. We do not sell data from connected accounts, use it for advertising, share it with advertisers or data brokers, or use it to train AI models. Our hosting and database providers process it on our behalf only to run the service.
Retention and deletion. We keep connected-account data while the account stays connected. When you disconnect an account in Integrations, or remove PulsairSocial from the platform's app settings, we delete its access token and the data we stored from it. See Data deletion for all the ways to request deletion.
Cookies and Third-Party Services
We use essential cookies to keep you signed in and to secure account connections, and analytics cookies or similar browser storage to understand how the site is used. We do not use advertising cookies.

Analytics
We use WysLeap for product analytics. It records page views, clicks and scrolling, and session replays of how pages are used, along with your IP address and device information. Replays never record what you type, and the content of the logged-in dashboard, including data from your connected accounts, is excluded from recording. We use this only to improve PulsairSocial.
Legal Basis for Processing
If you are located in the European Economic Area (EEA) or United Kingdom (UK), we process your personal information based on the following legal grounds:
- Performance of a contract (to provide our services)
- Compliance with legal obligations
- Our legitimate interests (e.g., improving our services, preventing fraud)
- Your consent (for marketing and non-essential cookies)
International Data Transfers
All personal information collected by PulsairSocial is stored and processed in the United States, specifically using cloud infrastructure in the US-Central region. If you are located outside the United States, please be aware that your information will be transferred to, stored, and processed in the United States, where data protection laws may differ from those in your jurisdiction. By using our services, you consent to this transfer, storage, and processing of your information in the United States.
How We Protect and Store Your Personal Information
We implement technical and organizational measures to safeguard your information, including encryption, access controls, and regular security reviews. However, no method of transmission or storage is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.
We retain your personal information only as long as necessary for the purposes described in this policy or as required by law.
