Q:How do I connect a social account?
Go to your dashboard and click "Connect" next to the platform you want to add. Follow the prompts to authorize Pulsair. See Integrations for step-by-step guides.
Q:How often is my data updated?
DData is refreshed automatically every 24 hours, or you can manually fetch the latest data from your dashboard.
Q:Why don't I see data for my latest post?
IIt may take up to 24 hours for new data to appear. Try manually fetching data or check your platform connection status.
Q:How do I disconnect a platform?
GGo to your dashboard, find the platform, and click "Disconnect." This will stop all data syncing for that platform.
Q:Can I export my data?
Yes! Use the Export button on your dashboard to download your analytics as CSV or Excel. See Features for details.
